A Boutis won in Paducah !

I am SO happy to see that a boutis piece won a prize for miniatures in Paducah !  I'm excited to see this technique getting the attention it deserves !  Made by Jan Hutchison, called Itty Bitty Boutis.
Congratulations to Jan, I know how many hours of work went into this piece.

Das ist wirklich ein sehr schoenes Stueck und hat den Gewinn auf jeden Fall verdient!
Ja, unser Geschirr mit den Olivenbäumen drauf ist - natuerlich - aus Frankreich :), wir haben es in Strasbourg gekauft und versuchen damit, unsere Sehnsucht nach der Provence etwas zu stillen. (Aber im Juni gehts ja endlich wieder hin!!!!)
